Introduction **For Adult parents & teachers** Please Read!

Hi there Teachers, Moms and Dads, and any other person of authority that may be reading this! Hope you are having a blessed day! My name is Jennifer George but by now most of you know me as "Suki's Mom" or her "hooman". Suki is our Boxer but most of the time we call her our "fur baby" because she is like our child. Sometimes I feel like I am raising an RV full of toddlers! It's seriously exhausting at times! We love her tho and wouldn't trade her for anything! We kid and say that we try not to use the "D" word, around her because it hurts her feelings. She really does think that she's human, or "hooman" in her language.

Keith and I have 3 grown children, Bryanna, Alston, and Zac. All of them have lives of their own and can't travel with us, and therefore, Suki, along with her brother, Catdog, helps to fill that void. Especially since we are a blended family and Keith and I don't have children together. Suki and Catdog make us complete.

Now first let me start by saying:: I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. Let me repeat that for those on the back row. I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I am going to do the very best that I can.

This whole project was started during a conversation with a very good friend regarding her daughter's 4th grade class. Since Keith and I travel for his job, she suggested that I send the class a post card from wherever we may be. Next thing you know Suki's Adventures was born. I am hoping to make it as educational as possible, as fun as possible, and at times as serious as possible.

If I do any research, I will do my best to make sure to give credit. I know I will probably make a mistake or two or ten here and there. Please try to be kind and not holler at me about it because I promise I will cry. My heart is in the right place with this I can assure you. I just want to make your student, or child, or niece, or nephew, brother, sister, etc, smile. I am doing this, not because I want a pat on the back, because I don't. There is someone way higher and bigger than me that deserves the credit!!! But my point is, I work, I take care of my husband, I am a full time online college student, and I'm raising an RV full of toddlers! So please be patient with me if I make mistakes.

The plan is this, I will post a blog about Suki, the boxer breed, how we got her, why we travel, how she started traveling with us etc. There will be PowerPoint presentations that will go along with them. I have several from the past, (because we started in 2016) to back track and create.

Suki has the Facebook page so feel free to send a request. I (she) will add pictures and updates there as well but there won't be anything there that isn't here. She also has an email address so that the kids can ask her questions. The email address is sukis.adventures@aol.com Of course, it will be posted on each power point and blog post.

Also, when we relocate to new places, she will send new post cards!! So you kids will get to interact! If you are a teacher reading this, once the school year ends, please encourage the parents to "friend" her on Facebook so that the child can continue to follow her. Also, once the new year begins, Suki will send a post card from wherever we may be to the new class room of students and you can just start over with the blog introduction!
